1. Ordering and starting work
When you pay, you reserve time and we start work after payment is confirmed. This can include planning, research, writing, preparation, and delivery actions. If you pay by bank transfer, we start once payment is confirmed.
2. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Work begins promptly after payment, so we do not offer refunds for changes of mind, pausing a project, delays caused by missing information, or a preference to stop part-way through.
3. What you receive
Deliverables depend on the service you purchase. The service description on the services page, plus any written confirmation we provide, defines what is included. If something is not listed as included, it is not included.
4. Scope and reasonable limits
- Each service covers the scope described at purchase. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- We do not provide legal, tax, or regulated financial advice.
- We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as rankings, revenue, leads, or conversion rate.
- “Idea to Income” is advisory only. We provide guidance and recommendations.
5. Revisions and feedback
Unless a service description states otherwise, we include one reasonable revision round based on consolidated feedback. New requests that change the original brief, or multiple rolling changes, may require an additional quote.
6. Client responsibilities and rights to materials
- You confirm you have the rights to any content, logos, images, and brand materials you provide, and that we are permitted to use them for the agreed work.
- If any claim, dispute, or litigation arises because materials you supplied were not owned or licensed by you, you agree that Clientable will not be responsible for that dispute and you will indemnify us for reasonable losses or costs arising from it.
- You agree to provide access, information, and approvals promptly when requested. Delays caused by missing access or late approvals may move delivery timelines.
7. Ownership of completed work
Once a project is fully delivered and paid for, you own the rights to the final content we created for you in connection with that service. We reserve the right to showcase work examples on the Clientable website and our social media channels, unless you request in writing that we do not.
8. Timelines and communication
We aim to deliver within the timeframe described on the service page or discussed with you. Timelines can shift if the brief changes, if we are waiting on inputs, or if third-party systems cause delays.
9. Third-party tools and services
Some services rely on third-party platforms and tools (for example: Carrd, Stripe, social platforms, domain providers, and email services). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or third-party fees.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clientable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Cancelling or pausing a project
If you request a pause, we will try to accommodate where possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed later. Pausing does not create a right to a refund.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version shown on this page at the time you purchase is the version that applies.
